Caramelized flat peaches and apricots skewer à la Plancha and our peach sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 flat peaches
  • 2 apricots
  • 50 g sugar
  • Peach sorbet

Instructions:

  1. Prepare or buy peach sorbet.
  2. Cut your peaches in half in the direction of the width.  Cut the halves into four pieces.  Cut your apricots into 4 pieces and also put them on the skewers with a piece of peach.
  3. Let the peach halves and brochettes cook à la plancha for a minute on each side.  Let the sugar caramelize on the grill surface and roll the fruit in the sugar when it begins to caramelize.
  4. To prepare your dessert, place scoops of sorbet on the plates and arrange the peach halves.  Serve with the hot skewers to enjoy the hot/cold effect.
