Caramelized flat peaches and apricots skewer à la Plancha and our peach sorbet
- 2 flat peaches
- 2 apricots
- 50 g sugar
- Peach sorbet
- Prepare or buy peach sorbet.
- Cut your peaches in half in the direction of the width. Cut the halves into four pieces. Cut your apricots into 4 pieces and also put them on the skewers with a piece of peach.
- Let the peach halves and brochettes cook à la plancha for a minute on each side. Let the sugar caramelize on the grill surface and roll the fruit in the sugar when it begins to caramelize.
- To prepare your dessert, place scoops of sorbet on the plates and arrange the peach halves. Serve with the hot skewers to enjoy the hot/cold effect.
